Cette semaine a été riche en évènements : animation sur les amérindiens, première séance de musique, carnaval !
L’animation sur les amérindiens nous a permis de réactiver ce que nous avions déjà appris et de découvrir de nouvelles choses :
Tout dans le bison était utilisé : la viande était consommée, la peau servait a construire les tipis, les poils pouvaient être utilisés pour représenter les cheveux des poupées, les cornes faisaient office de verre pour boire de l’eau, les sabots fondus devenaient de la colle, les nerfs servaient de fil pour confectionner, par exemple, des colliers, les os devenaient des perles , des outils ou des instruments !
Les carquois étaient fabriqués en bois ou en peau d’animal.
Les chaussures de indiens s’appellent des mocassins.
Nous avons appris les gestes et les mots pour dire “bonjour”, “au revoir”, “merci”.

Après cet exposé sur les amérindiens, nous avons fabriqué des colliers.
Enfin , l’intervention s’est terminée par le maquillage des petits indiens qui le souhaitaient.
Mardi, nous avons assisté à notre première séance de musique avec Charlotte. Pour faire écho à notre thème d’année, nous allons parcourir les continents. Nous commençons par l’Afrique avec, entre autre, la découverte de plusieurs instruments et l’apprentissage de “Frère Jacques” en africain.
Et bien sûr, cette semaine, nous avons fêté carnaval : nous nous sommes entraînés à l’écrire, nous nous sommes déguisés, nous avons dansé et nous avons mangé des crêpes !
